- Vedikroots Warehouse works on Monday-Friday between 9 AM to 5 PM IST, so all orders placed would be processed on working days only.
- We will consider the next working day for order process if it is placed on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, or after 5 PM IST.
- Shipment will process within 24 to 48 hours of the order being placed in the availability of the stock if any delay would be informed and updated to the customer within 6 hours of the order being placed.
- Before dispatching the shipment, our team will contact the customer to reconfirm the order details and delivery information to ensure a smooth and accurate delivery process.
- Dispatch of the bulk or larger orders would take 3 to 6 working days.
Your order will be delivered to you within 5–7 working days.
- Vedikroots assures replacement or refund if your shipment is lost en route & does not reach you.
