Return and Refund Policy
You can request a return within 3 to 4 days after the product is delivered. To get a refund, the product should be unused and the original packaging and seal must not be opened or damaged. If the product has been used or the seal is broken, we will not accept the return or give a refund.
Once we receive and check the product, we will start the refund process within 6 to 7 working days. After it is approved, the money will be sent to your original payment method within 4 to 7 working days. If anything important, like the invoice or box is missing, we may reject your return request.
